Nothing special: you can insert the t-nut in all 3 sides instead 2, the square hole for the profile is discharged in the corners, and I have the original source for further modifications/improvements.
I’m working also for integrate the end stroke.
I have my version too. slightly tweaked vertices. A nice unified vertical carriage for v-slot. take a look if you wish…

Thats not a bad design but I think it needs some sort of part to align the centers at the bottom and the top.
I had also thought that design, which allows you to use commercial parts and less printed parts.
I’ll try to do some sketches.
@Mark_Rehorst I’m seriously thinking to convert the motedis kossel with your idea. I can’t print the 3 corners with the abs, too much warping.
