Our school has a MakerBot Replicator. We are getting a system error message 1500- critical error. Anyone know what that means and how to fix the problem?
According to a quick Google search, it’s due to an incompatibility between the software and the firmware. Update both and try again.
Depending on their support for the 5th-gen, you may have to mix and match software/firmware versions to make sure they match up and work properly.
