Packaging test…still trying to keep it at 12x12, but it’s looking closer to 11x11…and a name’s been chosen, but I’m waiting on the next milestone to make THAT announcement. :wink:

Haven’t printed the pulleys yet, but they’ll be where the plastic tube and scrap extrusion are in these pictures. I dislike making printer parts that can’t be easily duplicated, but based on reading people’s experience with printed pullies, I believe I’ll be turning them out of aluminum…apologies to whomever wants to follow in my footsteps.

I’m still considering final mounting methods for the nozzles and will keep that in mind, I can’t get a real handle on forces and alignments until a certain package arrives. :wink:
