Hi

I’m building a CNC and planning on using the smoothie to control it.

I would like to mount the pause button within easy reach - does anyone have some advice to offer on how I could wire this?

In my opinion it is better to have a latching ESTOP button that cuts Vbb. Pause is not guaranteed to work in emergencies, and also resuming a paused print is not guaranteed to work very well, it may skip steps or just stall.
