pd and rpi3 as part of a wearable system that has now actually been worn. was able to wear this all day sunday, wandering around a jazz fest making “music” and finally end up at the One Mile Gallery on oakland ave (detroit). man point being-it works, its stable (so far-this is only phase one) and im working on the loose connection that causes it to cut out. working on a blog post for the whole thing but for now this is what i have to post. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejuKW1CP8eA

That is really cool. I like arm resting computer. thats been on my mind for some time. Is that a rasberry Pi mount?
Do you have those Files posted so i could print a mount like that?

Great prototype by the way.

thanks! yes, its an rpi3. i have to make the cover and the pads that go next to the skin. i am revising it so that the whole thing is downloadable and reasonably comfortable, which the arm mount is not, currently.

comfort can be secondary if I can wear my computer LOL! That is really cool. I think the uses for that type of mount could easily be multidimensional in that it could cross into many areas of life. I love the use of music here, but it seems like just the beginning! Too Cool. Keep us uptodate. Its a beautiful first step in a wearable computing platform. Could be the next “ATX case” if you will…

it would seem that way, until it starts pinching  its not horrible or anything, but i know what tweaks need to happen next now that it works so the right arm will incorporate all the “upgrades”. music is the interface. its a new kind of computing ive been working on for a bit and now its starting to seem like it can start to stand on its own. i hope to post the whole project really soon.
