Perhaps some of you can weigh in on this print and the quality. I’m guessing it would be better with 100% infill as the walls are actually two 1mm walls with 1mm spacing between.
I can see where it tried to print some supports in there but they did not work as expected.
Some one local printed it for me with a replicator 2. There was also supposed to be lettering on the top panel that didnt stick for what ever reason.
Looks pretty good Mike. Those little ridges visible on the corner (bottom left) are a likely a result of the hot end oscilating slightly as it switches direction. IME this can be loose belts or some play in the hot end mount or x carriage. In the short term they can reduced by lowering your jerk and acceleration values.
