Picked up a nice sheet of aluminum and plasma cut it to add my heated bed under it when it arrives. Because I don’t have glass any more I don’t need my custom Frankenbot firmware so I flashed back to RevF_F5.hex. The problem is that now my y axis is backwards. It will home and then call my home 200. Is there any easy way to fix it? My prints are coming out mirrored in the Y axis as well. With the smartrap I just had the X and Y flipped. Could that be the problem here?? I just set them up how they used to be.
That was a dumb move. You should get rid of the metal and tape and use glass and glue stick! Alot cheaper and works a ton better!
@Scottie_D369 that’s what I have been using for the last 8 months but it just hasn’t worked reliably. I’m just using blue tape until my heated bed comes in because I’m going with pei.
Oh you don’t have a heated bed yet. Sorry I thought you did. Well when you get it revert back to it.
You can flip the connector for the stepper that is backwards. You also can do it in the firmware.
