@Michael_Johnson ​ trying to power over 600mm in diameter, yep i originally(stupidly) tried to power via the board . Now I’m gonna go the solid state relay route

If you’re going that large of a bed I would recommend using mains power and a SSR like you said. Much safer in my opinion.

Board looks OK. If it didn’t blow the signal pin on the micro, just replace the FET and you are good to go.

I noticed scorching next to a resistor on the board as well. I’d rather replace the whole thing to be safe. But your idea did cross my mind
