Plate Hold-down V2.0
I broke my 6" Build plate…ordered two, cheap, online…and when they got here, I found that 6" meant (+/- 1/8") so I really ended up with two 5 and 7/8ths plates…and a whole lot of failed prints as the tape would lift and they plates would twist…pretty much everything that happend before I turned the aluminum retainers for the old build plate.
So I made another set…You’ll note the arrow, it you turn the arrows inward, you can lift the plate off the printer. (well, you will, when I mill the other two pieces.
The Ziptie takes up all slack AND prevents plate rotation. #ghettofabulous
