PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND OF FILAMENT!!! >>>>>
OR FROM ANY DISTRIBUTER ON EBAY.

Reason?
Given that shipping filament to my location is something that makes it not worth my while to purchase from places outside of Australia… I probably will acquiesce to your demands. However, I am curious as to what reason you suggest not to shop from this site, especially since you so handily gave a link to it…
Out of curiosity, I tried to buy some of their filament, unfortunately they don’t shop outside the USA. So, the not buying from them is moot
It fails on ALL aspects!
TRUST ME.
well just looking at the page and i can honestly say i wouldnt have bought from them.
I’ve purchased their filament off of eBay a number of times and have had no problems. You need to explain your reasons for telling people not to buy their product.
Waiiiiiiiit a second, aren’t you the guy who had a problem with all his filament being tangled on the spool from multiple manufacturers?
I’ve bought a ton of rolls of filament off eBay. Maybe not as pure as my esun but I’ve had no real issues.
You can’t say that all manufacturers on eBay are bad. This one might be but it sounds like more of a personal struggle rather than just the aggregate of all the eBay sellers.
I really don’t think there is near as much poor quality filament out there now. Maybe it’s just a bigger demand causing specialized companies making it… I remember watching @Richard_Horne say he had ball bearings in his filament years ago. Not sure that kind of stuff happens anymore
Yes we will blindly trust you because so far you’ve shown yourself quite capable.
@Scottie_D369 pics or it didn’t happen. Just shooting down a random supplier without details is a witch hunt.
For example, people where shooting down the first runs of Colorfabbs PLA, until people discovered that you need to make some slight temperature adjustments compared to common PLA. And then they suddenly had better prints then ever before.

@Scottie_D369 sorry buddy, we can’t just trust you and take your word for it, it doesn’t work that way. We have absolutely no reason to trust your opinion about this, or anything else, for that matter.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that I think you are a bad guy, I just do not think you have demonstrated any expertise here that would justify you attacking a supplier which no one that I can find, including some actual experts, has reported any problems with. This is especially bad form, if you are going to bad mouth this supplier without providing any specifics which might justify you doing so.
I am sorry if I seem harsh but, as far as I am concerned, post like this are inexcusably irresponsible. If you have had an issue with this company, let’s hear what it is, otherwise you should keep your opinion to yourself, in my view.
Printed with expensive filament: http://daid.eu/~daid/ED.png before I had dialed in the printer properly.
(Just to add on the “filament quality” does not mean everything)
@Daid_Braam I usually just blame it on the slicer!
In all seriousness, “filament quality” is usually one of the last things on my list of dialing in when printing something new.
@John_Driggers guess how old that photo is? Guess when I started Cura? It’s one of my oldest prints.
I never judge a filament by its cost. Some of the best I have used are Chinese (real 3.0mm) filaments. One brand in particular outperforms much more expensive European ones.
I buy garbage filament for very, very little money off ebay for printing early-stage prototypes which will end up in the bin around 10 minutes after printing. I do get clogs every now and then, and that’s the price you pay for buying garbage. I don’t blame the vendor or the brand, since I’m paying so little for it and the clogs are few and far between.
A while back I bought (and regretted not buying more) cheap filament that worked just fine, thank you, as well as the pricier stuff I buy for things that I actually deliver to my clients.
So, in all likelihood, you are too much of a noob to pass judgement on filament. Granted I am no expert, having only printed for around 5,000 hours now, but at least I’m very careful when it comes to slagging off filament brands, which I rarely do unless I have printed a couple of kilos thereof.
So, cheap does not equal bad (when it comes to filament) and if you go around slagging off people and saying “trust me”, people won’t. Trust you, that is.
