Please excuse a dumb reservation Indian for asking this question. The Make 2014 3D Printers Guide says the B9 Creator is what I need for my jewelry, but it refers me to articles by CarterTG about resin. I have tried the various search windows and come up with nothing. Can anyone refer me to either these posts or how to work with B9 casting? Thank you.

The B9 is a different printer than what most of us have. The B9 is in the same league as the Form1 or other light-curing printers which use a liquid polymer that solidifies with exposure to certain wavelengths of light. Really, these are the only types of printers that are capable of the superfine detail that doing jewelry requires.

Generally the resin will work just fine using the same lost wax method that most jewelers use in order to cast.

Maybe the B9 creator forums have some insight as far as that is concerned, both the forum in general, and the specific material discussions within?: http://b9creator.com/support/?mingleforumaction=vforum&g=4.0

@Nick_Kloski2 , Resin already dropped majorly in price with MakerJuice. I have some, along with a 405nm laser and the stuff is amazing.
