Plotting and scheming continues on the 2-4 material MiltyKoss prototype. Gonna try and wrangle one of Prusa Research Mk2 multi material upgrades to use on this. RotaStruder short bowden setup shenanigans continue as well. Gonna need to sign up for techshop since I need a mill and lathe for a few things now. Like the bearing housing I printed, Can’t really print all of a bearing that is really smooth operating. I need a lathed aluminum ring with a channel for the delrin bearings to insert in the print, to make it work as good as an actual thrust bearing I could buy for a resonable price.
