It looks like it sliced it weird, but it’s not stopping as much as I thought. Check the gcode with a gcode viewer.

To me the route seems strange. The head always changes direction after a loop. Why wouldn’t it loop in one direction? Is that a slicer setting, too? I had printed the #3DBenchy which is also a boat. The perimeter was always looped in one direction.
