Use Kyocera Tycom single flute carbide end mill. Size 1/8". You will be able to increase speeds and feeds with clean parts.

Did you mean to post this in this group? It is nice, but not 3D printing. It is CNC milling.
Do you know about what % of this machine is 3D printed?
Oh cool. I did not know that this CNC mill was a printed plastic and metal part combo. I just went through his public post history and. It looks like half the parts are plastic.
