Printed new diffs. Gears are ABS, case is Taulman Nylon 645 and axle shafts are Polycarbonate. Running nice and smooth. Can’t wait to try and break them! 
Your PC is looking good, I will have to wait for a while before starting on the next material for my self, just got running again. How has your first hand experience with PC been, is it as promising as it sounds?
Ok, the good news after testdriving the PC parts are that they did not brake. However they totally shredded the ABS parts connecting the internal driveshafts to the outer diffs. I’ll print them in PC aswell.
