Printed off a blood lamp at half size to see how it would go and I’m so excited that I think I’ll bit the bullet and make a full size version
well done!! you must make a tube inside the blood to past the cable! and ude only LED for light to avoid thermic problems!
@BadWolf_DAngel The blood does have a hollow tube area, so passing power up that will be no problem and I’m more than happy with LEDs for lighting.
Only issue is that at half size it’s too small to be practical in any sense, so I’m going to print another one at full size for an actual lamp.
I think I’d change the color to chocolate or coffee to make a less sanguine version (for any day other than Halloween), but it looks good in this contrast.
Awesome!!!
So epic!
Love this
I’m printing a full size version now that’s really pushing the boundaries of my printer

@John_Finn yeah I’m loving this Diamondage Red PLA
@Jasper_Janssen Nice and very proper use of the word “sanguine”.

I am an Electrical Egineer , So It tell you that here in Greece we have Led Lamps at any side any type!! for 220 Vor 110 you will find on the market. Go to a shop and search , see many types and how they connect to the voltage! they light like a regular lamp! Every 2 months I change 2 lamps in my house with LED! they last for ever if you be careful , with the assembly wire connection ! I have 1 Lamp 9 W That light like a 100 W , 5 years now , works perfectly! Thats for the idea and we wait to do the Big full size version
Looks like a lamp . That would a great design for a lamp.
