Final beta version V1.50 before promoting to production release.
Changes:
Rename to GCodePrintr
New Icon
New GCode Logo
Show Print status text on status bar
Makergear M2 / Rambo board support

Minor update v1.51 published. Found a bug causing GCodePrintr to crash when starting without printer service. Due to another bug, after update it shows the printer service as enabled but it might not. Manually disable/enable the printer service solves the problem.
