Printing abs. Some slight lifting. I really laid the glue down lol. Anyhow I had layers not sticking. So I decreased to .1 layer height and printing at 235 with 90c bed. Print speed is slow. Like 30mm/s. Infil at 50%. I want it to be strong as hell so we see how it turns out. 4 more hours to go.

I get lifting with ABS when I run higher infill. I try to stick to about 10 to 20% at most. A hotter bed will help. Your hot end is upside down and up against the heat sync compared to mine. Did I miss a memo?

It’s not against it. It’s hand tightened as recommended by e3d.

Ya your nozzle is too far out…you need to add a space between the heat sink and block. The nozzle should almost be flush with the heater block

Yep I checked. Canceled print and fixed. Anyhow started to lift on side too much but the print is so smooth

Increase your bed temperature. I use 110C surface temperature for ABS (set for 125C under 2mm plain glass).
