So I was wondering what you guys would suggest the correct way to do this is. Im working on making a detachable z probe that uses a microswitch. Its going to attach somewhere near the nozzle (E3D V6). What im wondering is not how to level the bed but how I go about setting the nozzle height from the bed since the probe is on the tip of the nozzle. Do I need to have a second end stop somewhere or whats the best way to go about this. Any suggestions are appreciated. Usually I just use a piece of paper a G92 Z0 but I figured I could make the probe do double duty. Thanks!
