Hi,
when engraving pictures on material with my X20 Pro I get these black lines that seemed burnt.
(See photo).
I used already different kind of woods and materials, tightened the belt, and cleaned the laser lens. I am engraving with the recommended settings of 3000mm/min and a power of 10-20%.
Do yo have an idea what this lines are causing?
