Problem with delta grid compensation

I have a problem with the delta grid compensation:
G31 probes the points, M375.1 displays the grid, M374 saves it correctly, but M375 (reload) always gives:
“error:Failed to read grid radius”
Anyone already had this issue? Where should I investigate?

This means your grid file has a size different from the one in your config file.

Delete your grid file and try again.

it’s a file, you delete it, I’m not sure what to add
