I love my Prometheus v1. I have it in a Taz 4 on its own extruder mount for use whenever I want to print 1.75/0.4. I was able to modify the firmware to turn down the PWM cycle to run with the 24V supply, but I second the notion that a true 24V option would be better.
I am definitely working on 24V options. I should have 24V cartridges available in a week or two.
As for the mounting, the Prometheus just uses standard J Head groove mount dimensions so any mount designed for a J Head should work! Just get in touch if you have any questions
