Just made a couple more minor modifications, made it a little prettier too.

This item has been updated to a newer version at the same link location. Somehow it was uploaded without any holes!! A new version has replaced it now.

Blender just creates the object. You need to send it to a slicer like Slic3r or Cura to turn it into a Gcode file to send to your printer.
