We’re you trying to make the non linear cuts on the left side of the square? Or were you going for a basic square pocket?
if that’s supposed to be a square pocket you have some problems.

I honestly don’t think so. My cut is bang on dimension wise and the walls are square. I will try this again with morph spiral machining which uses an arc instead of a 90* corner
16k at 100ipm is the proper math
