Quadrap CoreXY getting better

The results are getting better, there are still problems with high infill (>80%), head gets stuck and the print continues with an offset.
After cleaning the hotend, extrusion with new ABS looks much better, works at lower temps and is more constant.
If printed with infill between 25 and 60%, the print quality seems to be what I can expect from my mechanics. I alligned and tightened the carriages to minimize play, this increased accuracy and reduced noise at the same time.
Any suggestions on prints with high infill percentage?
I alread lift when retracting (0.08mm lift, 1.5mm retraction, 3mm ABS filament, bowden setup).

Yes, I have those tiny heatsinks on the stepper drivers and a fan blowing over them. Maybe those 3$ drivers are not the best quality, I ordered new ones with four layer PCB that should dissipate the heat more efficiently. Also ordered thermal conductance paste to properly fix the heat sinks on the drivers.
What do you mean with “million bottoms” and what parameter would it reflect in the slicer?

ok, so I hope the new drivers will do the trick. As for the “millions of bottoms” I see what you mean but But what would be the difference to 100% infill? I think it does the same, at least with infill pattern reclinear.
