Question: DXF import (from autodesk Fusion360). There aren’t any options for export in Fusion 360. I was wondering. Is there a way when the design is read into LaserWeb to not have Construction Lines as Cut lines? I think in the DXF these may be on a different layer but not quite sure.
Extrude the design you want create a new sketch select the face your want to cut. That sketch will now have all the outlines of the extrude.
Right click the sketch and export as dxf and you have it
Alternatively fusion 360 can export the g code using its tool path maker.
Make a contour cut path set the tool to 0.1mm or what evrr your kurf is. Select all the contours you wish to cut out set the power and use the smoothie postprocessor and away you go it works great for cutting and can do engraving if you use a face mill tool path. I have a speeded up work though on vimeo if you search fabcreator on vimeo you should find it.
Fusion has an actual laser/water jet path option you can use in cam. You have to enable it in preferences.
How were you able to get face milling to give you the power settings for smoothie?

Awesome. I didn’t see the waterjet option. I’ll give this a shot when I get home. I was going to write a post for the normal CAM - but I guess I won’t have to do this with the options. Thanks Joe!
I posted up a text writeup I did on my website. Works good. Gcode can be sent with LaserWeb or Universal Code Sender(for my GRBL based laser)
