I have changed my nozzle to a j-head, and when plugged it again to RAMPS 1.4 it results that the hot-end thermistor reading provides always around 235C, which it is weird, because it reads that value even when I unplug the thermistor. The thermistor is properly working, because I plug it to the HB pins and reads a good value. When I plug the HB thermistor to the Hot-End pins it keeps on reading around 235 (changin degree up and degree down). I use Marlin 1.0

Any clue???

Was it working before? What’s changed? Pull up resistor enabled maybe? Wrong thermistor setting in marlin?

Nothing changed… I have changed now the pin configuration so that I am using now the T2 pin for thermistor and it works well. Who knows what has happened :frowning:

Probably a short on that set of pins, or a loose solder joint.
