Ran into a new issue on one of my bots. I can sustain heat when manually turned on in RepHost, but within 30 seconds after starting a print…the head starts to cool and then emergency shutdown. Any advice?

Loose connection that lets go when the head starts shaking?

Or perhaps the thermistor is shorting out?

Its probably a loose connection. This machine particularly is pretty tightly wired so maybe it just snagged somewhere. Nothing is disconnected though so I’ll have to run a multimeter to find the issue

My guess as well would be a loose connection, based on experiencing this exact same thing first hand.

Definitely a loose connection. If it’s a Bukobot, it’s most likely in the screw terminals on the X carriage.

Issue fixed, it was a loose connection. The fan wire popped out of the screw terminal.
