really cool idea : 3d printing with shooting voxels!
I want to know what noise this makes.
There’s been parallel research with sputtered metals for higher density 3D prints than SLS can accomplish.
It’s always fascinating to me how, now that additive manufacturing is a “known concept”, so many wonderfully intriguing ways to do it are being developed by teams around the world.
@Jason_McMullan yes what is interesting is people experimenting with ideas other than depositing things in layers… also people going to both ends of the spectrum … ultra nano detail on one end and very clunky detail ( more arty ) like the example above…
