Recreated and printed the insert for an old egg boiler for a colleauge. To avoid printing too much support material I splitted it into a top and bottom part which click together. Print time for both parts about 2h30, black ABS at 240°, 0.25mm layer, 80mm/sec speed
Nice! You could as well use acetone to melt the two part together. Would be as strong as if printed in one piece.
