Reprinted parts for my CoreXY in PETG, because the ABS parts were worn out a bit. Now it works well again : Aria the Dragon (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:600550), printed with ectrudr red PETG at up to 120mm/sec (most of the time slower due to layer min time), layer 0.25mm, temperature 210°. Almost no stringing, although it’s a bowden setup with about 50cm bowden tube.
great result
do you use fan to cool part ?
and what setting do you have for retraction ?
thanks
At the moment theres NO fan for cooling the print, I’m still thinking about a nice and space saving place for a fan. Retraction is set to 4mm at very high speed, about 360mm/sec. Acclereation and jerk ist set to 6000 and 45 n Marlin.
