Rigidbot big rebuild thread

Gave it a quick run and ran into multiple minor issues.

  1. New level knobs hit on the x axis motor when the z axis is at home… Printed new ones but will modify to use the aluminum ones.

  2. Not sure if it is stepper calibration or current settings causing incorrect movement of the y axis. Extruder motor also not working correctly appears to be either weak or not calibrated correctly.

Will have to do a total calibration and reset the current to see what is causing issues. I used the default RBB Marlin settings so I am curious why it is not close to calibration. Oh well, this is why I enjoy making!

First print!
(Actually the 4th! First incorrect calibration on the extruder and Y axis. They were both 50% off for some strange reason. Second print failed after the bed thermocouple connection came loose. It is a straight berg and will have to replace with some type of locking connector. Third failed due to the stepper drivers over heating. I did not put a cooling fan on the board.)

This was sliced with Cura stock settings. I have not done any fine tuning.
