Rostock is driving me crazy.

Rostock is driving me crazy. One side (right rear) seems to print high on larger parts and it’s hard to get adhesion in that corner. I just installed auto probe at the same time I rebuilt the machine and checked everything for square, etc. It’s nuts I tell you \o/

Any help would be most welcome!

Don’t be afraid to deal with physical dimension issues. My 3DR didn’t truly come on to it’s own til I lowered the Y axis .2 mm

Thanks. I’ll triple check everything. Gotta be something I’m missing…

I want to think I sent the effector to a location at each tower that was supposed to be Z=0, then measured actual, and lowered the tower to match. I held off because of the change in tension and fear at disassembly, but it really turned out to be no big deal.

Cool. I just took mine all apart and checked everything I could think of. Frustrating to still have troubles :frowning:
