Running a couple of tests on the Delta.

Running a couple of tests on the #AX-02 Delta. Let’s just say I’m happy with the results. No configuration of the XYZ apart from punching in the base values. The cube is set to 40mm in CAD it’s dead on for X, and .2mm under for Y&Z. The ring has a .4mm tolerence in CAD but frankly to be within that range for no real calibration apart from E-Steps is damn good, I’m really happy with the mechanics of the printer at this point.

Side note: the cube was printed in NGEN, but has taken on moisture hence the print quality.

Awesome

I can relate to your satisfaction. Mechanically precise machines are a pleasure to work with.

@Jeff_Parish - Aye, it’s nice to have it, I just have one niggle which I think is SD Card related (the board locks up when the card is pulled, changes are made and card re-inserted), have a new card coming tomorrow so hopefully it’ll fix it.

Ok you hit the right size, but your print is not so good. Your top layer aren’t closed…

@Rene_W - read my post again, the filament has moisture in. Look at the ring, that is the true print quality I’m getting.
