SCOUTcorexy “XY_Stage for single Hotend Bowden Printhead” concept is finalized and will mostly suffer cosmetic and minor adjustments as I find better ways to do things or simplify design.
So far it seems complicated but it really isn’t. I go by the mantra: “With 3D printing, complexity is FREE”

@David_Sherwood That’s exactly why I went with 2 blowers, to see something at the nozzle. They are covering the hotend pretty thoroughly thus creating a sort of funnel for the 2 30mm axial fans that coll that one off. I am thinking of running the squirrelcage blowers at half their normal rpm and thus have a more silent machine too…
Have you printed this yet? I’d suggest that more than minor and cosmetic changes might be needed… don’t want to get ahead of yourself.
