This is the first time we got a board shipped with a non-flashed SD card so this is a bit worrying to me, I hope we didn’t ship more than one.
Can you tell me when you bought the board, and where ?

That was my fault, by mistake i formatted sd card i didn’t have backup of it.
Windows 8 also states quite often that SD cards and USB sticks have errors and must be scanned and fixed. I cancelled that many times on Smoothie, finally got tired of the warning and said OK fix it, only to find I had a blank Smoothie SD card afterwards and recovery programs could not get it back.
Quick Format would not work , and a long format is taking hours. Thank you for the download link above, and a warning to others about letting Win8 scan your SD card for errors…be prepared to format and restore. In my case that card was working fine all along.
