Aaaahhhhh, remember when taxpayer-backed science used to be publicly available and not locked behind ‘journals’ and other paywall bullcrap? All I see here is some sifted-through, for-the-masses article which explains none of the details of this ‘infusion’.

Well, Obama made the researchers publish tax payer funded research, but I would not be surprised if Trump undid that, @ThantiK It looks like some folk found you better info though. Cool there.
