Signs of life.
New y and z axis fitted and moving. Very happy with how much smoother the y axis motion is than previous version.
Router mounting needs work as it slipped and twisted a little when cutting along the y direction.
Z axis is close, but linear trails are spaced ever so slightly to wide and there is a slight wobble. Which of course is magnified at the cutting tool.
All in all some good progress and promising improvements. Just need to finesse a couple of things.
