simples! how do i fade from blue to red in hsv?

I think you use the blend function. I can’t find any documentation on it other than whats in the source documents - http://fastled.io/docs/3.1/group___colorutils.html#ga4f06b4423f71f77346aaf5dabe7dd05c

i saw this for crgb, but to “fade” from blue (160) to red (255) then it proceeds through purple, pink, violet… not quite the effect i was looking for.

but saying that, i dont think there is a straight forward way, as the colours will always blend of sorts.

do you know if you can jump space from hsv to crgb and back again?

something like;
set colour in hsv
convert to crgb
add red, until red
convert to hsv

maybe just converting the system to crgb may help… something to work on this week!
