This sounds like a G3 arc problem on TinyG. Nothing to do with ChiliPeppr. ChiliPeppr is just blindly sending Gcode to your device.

When it runs it doesn’t show any movement around the arc like the simulator does, is that normal? The weird thing is I just ran a job with the same size holes with no issues. Thank you for your help John I appreciate it
