Since my friend @Alex_Krause must be very busy, maybe without sleep, over his newly acquired @Printrbot , I went through my archive and found a little gem I had designed this a while back, printed as is with PLA. At the time I added about 10 - 2 pounds filament roll to a bag to see if the little hinge arregment would hold up, it did. Now I want to go further. What would be a good strength / torture test for this?
