Small power distribution box for my Printrbot Simple. Factory power in and lights red LED. Switched for control board (green LED) and extruder cooling fan (yellow LED).
Mounts to the side without modification and reusing 2 existing bolts.
Nice ! wanted to do something like this. My only difference would be the extruder fan. Ideally I want it controller via a relay controller by my RaspberryPi running Octoprint.
Thinking about it there could also be a relay to control the power to the printrboard.
This way when Octoprint starts a print it flips the printrboard power relay, then flips the extruder fan relay and then starts the print.
