So, after a frustrating evening (and the sacrifice of about 8 LEDs), as you can see I now have 90 of the buggers wired up and happily drawing 55W or so on full-white.

Note the tinned copper braid flexible power bus and the tab connectors bolted thus to. It’s the only way you’re going to get enough current in there, it seems.

Got lots of power. Damn thing gets pretty hot when it’s been running for a while—also the current draw is more like 57W on startup, down to about 54W when it warms up some.
