So excited these came today: three DF Robot Beetles!
I took the last two weeks of December off work, and plan to spend all of my free time working on finishing several of the LED projects I started this year. I can’t wait!
I still really like the Beetles. I faintly wish they had a reset button, but I just love the size + price + capability + compatibility + dead-simple soldering tabs.
Extra bonus points for the little “+” and “-” -shaped holes on the power tabs. Seriously.
This will be my first time using them, and I agree: the size, power and cost of these is very appealing! I wouldn’t even know about them if I hadn’t seen your comments mentioning them here, so thanks for that!
This is still my normally used arduino. Then again. I buy it like 10 at a time. Just make it and leave it in a project. I still have tons of attiny85 chip I don’t even touch anymore because of the convient of reprogramming the beetles
