So far i’ve seen pretty consistent performance with most “standard” PLA filaments and very little of a difference between high- and low-cost offerings. Where do you typically buy your filament and are you noticing a similar “good enough” sweet spot?

For standard types (like PLA) I routinely buy from the cheapest vendor. It invariably prints OK. For those times when I need specialty filament types (woodfil, nylons, etc) I always get a brand name (like Taulman or ColorFabb) since I have had a couple of bad experiences with those from no-name vendors.

For PLA I buy by color :slight_smile: Fillamentum’s rapunzel silver and Iceland blue as well as Prima’s glow in the dark are my favorites for now.

@Dimo_Pepelyashev just be aware, the glow in the dark filaments are super abrasive. On the levels of carbon fiber abrasive. You should use a hardened nozzle for them.
