So, for the first time ever and with Rex away in Sweden, I’m going solo on the Omni. Been working with a local architect on a watertight sketchup test print, got a new batch of filament and twenty minutes in, its still extruding. There has been a steady flow of hitches causing a very late start and expect there to be more. It looks a tad snotty, the inside is spaghetti and there are plentiful unexpected gaps in the outer wall, but its printing something!!
I’m wondering - what could be causing snot, spaghetti and gaps?
I did wonder as no silicon in the bag on arrival. Extrusion issues galore too! Very reputable UK supplier so I will be surprised if its not user error. From faberdashery for which I’ve only seen good reviews. Taking a break from two long nights of disaster but am considering a filament bake this evening. On a test section.
