So, here is a small update to my @Printrbot Simple Alu Extruder upgrade woes.
I received some replacement parts from the folks @ Printrbot earlier this week. 3 of the parts were duplicates of the parts that came with the Alu extruder upgrade kit, so those were not much help. The other block of parts had parts of the upgrade 2014 Y axis arm (#1 & #3) as well as some other bits that are cut in that block. There are some pictures attached to this post with all the parts that were sent layed out.
It seems that they dropped the extruder platform and hot end mount (#1) down 5mm which means that without the 2014 version of part #14 there is no way for me to make it work as the holes are misaligned. I did not receive a replacement #14.
I also discovered a new hole in part #1 that I have no clue as to what it is for. There is no Build guide for the 2014 parts kit and no update pictre on the site so ther eis no way for me to investigate myself. Is there some sort of new support bracket that I am missing?
I have attached photos of everything that seems pertinent in hopes that @Brook_Drumm may be able to help out with some guidance once again.
