So I am reposting this here because Google won’t let me post this publicly as well as to a community.

So I am 3d printing a dragon…
Model source: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/aria-the-dragon
As my first attempt at this model was kinda ok-ish I am reprinting the model bigger and with more vertical resolution (0.2mm layers as opposed to my default 0.3mm layers). I will make a post of the second version when it’s done.
It’s a nice model. Looking at the neck I’d say try dialling down the extrusion rate a tiny bit. And what cooling do you have?
I should give that one a go tonight.
@Mark_MARKSE_Emery This is printed with white ABS at about 230°C with the heated bed at 100°C without any extra cooling in a closed case. Also it was printed at 25% normal speed.
Not being able to share on communities as well as publicly at the same time is one of G+'s annoyances.
@Mark_MARKSE_Emery This one is scaled to 61% which makes it about 8cm tall.
