So I just took my newly finished F1 out and found that the stock ninjaflex tires have no traction. After 10 minutes i only got to full speed once. Are there preferred tires with more traction that fit the stock rims available to print?

The build was very straight forward and surprisingly stiff once assembled.

Now that i know i like it the F1 plan to go back and print higher quality parts. Perhaps even start on a truggy now.

What kind of surface are you driving on? No suspension will also cause traction loss.

If you think about it, in real life the racers can burn the tires while leaving the pit. Gotta get that rubber warm.

Ramping of acceleration done via software can fix hard acceleration traction slippage.

Or take it to the next level and mimic my car with VSC (vehicle skid control) using ABS to control the wheels.

Oh, ya, the car looks good.

may be yo can try rc tyres ( sorry if not 3d printed ) like tamiya…( lots of other companies existing). therefore, nice car

Do tell.

Umm, nothing to brag or show-n-tell, just happen to be sitting in a real car and admiring the way it tries to stop me from doing donuts in a parking lot. At least I have the distant memories of rear-wheel-drive donuts before front-wheel-drive, excluding the Oldsmobile Toronados.
