So, I managed to run across a company who supposedly will cast your PLA prints in metal. Information is very sparse, but does anyone know of any other places offering a similar service? They’ll print it themselves if need be, or use your print for a cheaper price.
This looks good. I have tried a few silicone moulds of some of my 3D prints with mixed success. The website could do with a bit more info, however.
We (Deezmaker) have been working with a local casting company to experiment with casing in bronze and glass, and we are considering offering this service.
